We take dessert seriously at the Garden's Gate, and that's why you'll never find any treat on our menu that isn't made from scratch, right here in our kitchen. People tell us our desserts are something special, but don't take our word for it. Come on out sometime and taste one our sweet creations for yourself. You won't be sorry.
Dutch Apple Pie
We always use fresh apples and our own 'Laura made crust' add a hint of cinnamon and topped with a sugar crumb.
What can we say about this one - we pick the pecans ourselves (sure we do). An all time favourite - sweet, rich, nutty
Key Lime Pie
A must-try; the best key lime pie ever. A graham wafer pie crust with a smooth creamy filling with just the right hint of tartness.
Mad About Chocolate Cheesecake
Rose and Laura have been making this one for 23 years - a chocolate crumb base, a layer of chocolate cream cheese, a layer of white chocolate cream cheese topped with a thick layer of chocolate and cream.
Raw Honey Pecan Cheesecake in a Jar
WOW - now here’s a concoction - the bottom layer has pecans and dates topped with a mixture of raw cashews, coconut oil, honey, and lemon zest. Then we drizzle it with a mixture of cacao powder, maple syrup and coconut oil.

Lemon Chia Pudding
Another new dessert and one of our lightest - pudding made from chia seeds, lemon juice, coconut milk, maple syrup and almond yogurt - and very good.

Oh wow - a must-try, and new for us. We take organic fair trade cocoa butter, cocoa, coconut oil and maple syrup and make our own chocolate truffles. Unique and unbelievable tasty. (vegan, lactose and gluten free)
French Silk Pie
Think chocolate crumb crust, topped with a silky cream filling of whipping cream, chocolate, Frangelico liquer, pecans and butter. Decadent? Yes. A must try? Yes.
