Garden Dining Experience
Enjoy a private, hosted dining experience in a garden setting, thoughtfully curated for small groups seeking something more personal than a traditional restaurant.
You’ll arrive, step into the garden, and find your table set in a privately curated space, surrounded by the colours, scents, and textures of the season. Each experience reflects what is growing, blooming, and alive in the moment.
Your evening begins with a warm welcome before moving into a seasonal, chef-prepared meal. The atmosphere is relaxed and unhurried, with space to enjoy the food, conversation, and surroundings at your own pace. Service is attentive and intentional, with a gentle presence between courses.
Meals are prepared by Chef Hemstreet using local and garden-grown ingredients whenever possible, bringing together freshness, flavour, and a casual fine dining approach. Guests often share it’s the best meal of their trip, many returning more than once.
Reservations are limited and often fill in advance, especially during peak season.
Each dining experience begins with our signature Bluejay Creek water and fresh house-made bread, followed by a four-course meal served with our house-made botanical garden soda. The experience concludes with dessert, tea, and coffee.
Less than 200 feet from where you sit, a spring-fed river flows beneath the land. The water we serve and cook with is drawn directly from this source, filtered through UV, and offered as it is... fresh, living, and deeply connected to this place.
